Victor Osimhen joins Lille on a five year deal for a fee of €12m

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has joined French giants Losc Lille on a a five year deal for a reported fee of €12m from Wolfsburg.

Victor Osimhen who was courted by top European clubs including AC Milan ignored other interest to join the 2013 Ligue 1 champions on Thursday.

The Super Eagles striker was unplayable during his loan spell in Belgium at Sporting Charleroi FC where he scored a total of 19 goals in 34 games.

The French side confirmed his capture via their social media. He now becomes the latest Nigerian to play for the French side after Vincent Enyeama.
