Enyimba handed tough draw in CAF Confederation Cup

Nigeria’s sole representative, Enyimba FC were drawn into one of the toughest possible groups when the 2020/21 CAF Confederation Cup draws were held on Monday in Cairo, Egypt. The Nigerian giants qualified for the group phase at the expense of fellow Nigerian side, Rivers United.

The People’s Elephant were drawn against South African giants, Orlando Pirates, Algerian side ES Setif and Libyan side, Al Ahli Benghazi. The group stages will be held from March 10th until April 28th, after which the draws for the Quarterfinals will be held. Enyimba open their account with a home match against Al Ahli Benghazi on March 10 at the Enyimba International Stadium in Aba.
