Simy Nwankwo bags brace to fire Crotone past Entella to Serie B 2nd spot

Super Eagles striker Simy Nwankwo was on target at Stadio Ezio Scida as Crotone secured a 3-1 win against Entella in a Serie B game on Saturday.

Simy who had failed to find the back of the net since he scored all the goals in Crotone 2-1 win at Spezia back in August returned to goal scoring form.

Simy scored Crotone’s first in the 27th minute, he completed his brace in the 30th minute of the game.

Simy Nwankwo who failed to score in five other league games before his brace on Saturday has now scored a total of 4 league goals in 7 games.

The win has pushed Crotone to the second spot on the Italian Serie B log.
