Watch as David Okereke scores Serie A goal of the season contender in Cremonese’s defeat at Inter

David Okereke has scored a goal that will contend for Italian Serie A at the end of the season in Cremonese’s 3-1 defeat to Inter Milan on Tuesday.

The Nigerian striker scored his side’s consolation goal as they were already three goals down before his powerful bender in the 90th minute of the game.

Two first-half goals from Joaquin Correa, and Nicolo Barella, and a goal in the second half by substitute Lautaro Martinez put Inter Milan in the driving seat at Giuseppe Meazza.

But David Okereke scored a superb goal to give his side a consolation goal.

He was not the only Nigerian player on the pitch for the newly promoted Cremonese as Cyriel Dessers was also on the pitch for 67 minutes.

While David Okereke has scored two goals in four Serie A games; Cyriel Dessers is yet to score a goal after four games but he has an assist to his name.
