​Bet9ja NNL Shifts 2018 Commencement Date.

Kick off date for the 2017-2018 Bet9ja Nigeria National League, NNL, has been moved by the League body to a later period,this is to allow more time for crucial logistics to be tidied up.

The commencement date was before now scheduled in the first week of March ,but pressing developments meant the earlier timetable was no longer feasible.

Bet9ja NNL media head,Amar Ignis stated that a new date to flag off the League will be announced by the secretariat in the nearest possible time.

Meanwhile,the League body has concluded plans that will see it embark on stadia /facility inspection for the forty  (40) teams ,from the 2nd through to the 3rd of March,2018. Clubs have been instructed to submit to the League management their venues for home matches ,accordingly.

Stadia inspectors and their team have been charged on the need for thorough inspection and to ensure that only stadium that meets required standards are recommended for use and approval.

Registration of clubs for the new season is still ongoing ,registration formalization, Bet9ja  NNL has declared will end on the 7th of March,2018. League’s chief operating officer,Mr.Lawrence Katken proclaimed there will be no extension and late registration after the deadline given.

 
Bet9ja NNL now has twenty (20) teams in the North and same in the South,following ratification of the format by the Nigeria Football Federation.
