Seye OGUNLEWE finished with the same time as Jamaica’s Johan Blake but his 0.143 reaction time compared to Blake’s 0.139 meant he could only settle for the 4th position in the men’s 100m final of the 2018 CommonWealth games.

Nigeria’s hope of adding to the silver medals won by the table tennis team and Chukwuebuka Enekwechi in the Men’s Shot Put has been dashed as the Nigerian duo in the men’s 100m finals failed to make the podium.

All hopes were on the duo of Seye OGUNLEWE and Enoch Olaoluwa ADEGOKE to finish on the podium after the duo made it to the 2018 men’s final but fell short of the expectations.
