Miami Heat became the first team in the 2022 NBA Playoffs to book their place in the Conference Finals after a 99-90 win over the Philadelphia 76ers helped secure a 4-2 series win.
Miami Heat have now reached the Eastern Conference Finals for the second time in three years after another impressive showing in Philadelphia sealed their place.
Jimmy Butler led the scoring for the Heat with 32 points as the undrafted Max Strus contributed 20 points and 11 rebounds. PJ Tucker, Bam Adebayo, and Tyler Herro all finished with double figure points tallies.
In Dallas, the Dallas Mavericks forced Game 7 of their 2022 NBA Playoffs series against the Phoenix Suns after they lost Game 6 of the series 113-86.
Luka Doncic led the scoring for the Mavericks with 33 points and 11 rebounds and Reggie Bullock scored 19 points, while Jalen Brunson scored 18 points for his side. DeAndre Ayton scored 21 points for the Suns, with Devin Booker adding 19 points.
