2024 Nigeria President Federation Cup women’s quarter-final results
The quarter-finals of the 2024 President Nigeria Federation Cup Women’s category have concluded, revealing the four teams advancing to the semi-finals.
In a thrilling match at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin, Nasarawa Amazons drew 1-1 with Remo Stars Ladies, but ultimately lost 2-3 in the penalty shootout, sending Remo Stars Ladies to the next round.
At the Cathedral in Enungu, Osun Babes faced a tough challenge against Rivers Angels and were unable to find the back of the net. Rivers Angels dominated the match with a resounding 5-0 victory, securing their spot in the semi-finals.
Delta Queens showcased their prowess with a solid 2-0 win over Sunshine Queens under the sun in Benin City, ensuring their advancement to the next stage of the tournament.
The match between Naija Ratels and FC Robo Queens took place in Lagos and was tightly contested, ending in a 1-1 draw. However, Naija Ratels triumphed 5-4 in the penalty shootout, booking their place in the semi-finals.
According to the Nigeria Football Federation, the finals for both the male and female categories of the 2024 Nigeria Federation Cup will be held at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja, on June 29, 2024.
