Chukwuebuka Enekwechi throws personal best to earn Nigeria another medal

Chukwuebuka Enekwechi dug deep by throwing his personal best to get Nigeria her second medal at the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast Australia.
Chukwuebuka Enekwechi’s 21.14m throw in his third attempt was enough to get Nigeria the second medal at the event, apparently, the colour is similar to the one earlier won by the men’s table tennis team lead by Segun Toriola.
Chukwuebuka Enekwechi threw 20,25, 20,70, 21.14, 20.40 and 20.17m in his 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th attempts, his 5th attempt was disqualified but his 21.14m personal best throw was good enough to earn him and Nigeria the silver medal in the men’s shot put event.
NewZealand’s Tomas WALSH with the 21.41m attempt in his 4th throw won the Gold medal while Canada’s Tim NEDOW
with a season-best throw of 20.91m clinched the Bronze medal.
