Report: Manchester United ready to pay £143.9m to sign Neymar

Manchester United are preparing a £143.9million deal to sign Neymar from Barcelona, according to reports.

United boss Louis van Gaal has been given £200m to spend on transfers to improve his squad – and a big-name deal is on the cards.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale have been linked, but Fichajes says United are preparing a £143.9m move for Neymar.

The deal is difficult to pull off though as the Brazilian wants to establish himself as a star in Spain and isn’t keen on moving to England.
