Jurgen Klopp takes on Ambassadorial role with LFC Foundation
Former Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp has accepted a new role after reportedly turning down the USMNT job.
Klopp, who stepped down as Liverpool boss at the end of last season following a successful nine-year tenure, has now taken on an ambassadorial role with the LFC Foundation, maintaining his commitment to charitable causes.
Klopp, a long-time supporter of the charity, has continued his dedication to the organization despite his departure from the club.
The LFC Foundation, the official charity of Liverpool FC, focuses on education, health, and sports development within the Liverpool City Region and beyond.
“The LFC Foundation does an incredible job in the community, both in the Liverpool City Region and beyond,” Klopp said, praising the foundation’s work. “I am really proud to continue my work with them and be named the first-ever LFC Foundation honorary ambassador. I look forward to seeing what we can do with that now that I have more time on my hands.”
As honorary ambassador, Klopp will use his platform to raise awareness and support for the foundation’s initiatives.
His involvement is expected to inspire a new wave of support for the charity, further solidifying his legacy in the Liverpool community.
