Ferran Torres Saves Barcelona with Two Goals in 3-2 Win Over Dortmund

Barcelona beat Borussia Dortmund 3-2 in a thrilling match to move into second place in the Champions League standings. The key moment came when Ferran Torres, coming off the bench, scored two goals to give Barcelona the victory.

In the first half, Barcelona could have taken the lead but missed a few good chances. In the 52nd minute, Raphinha finally broke the deadlock for Barcelona. However, Dortmund quickly responded, with Serhou Guirassy scoring from a penalty to make it 1-1.

Torres came on as a substitute and scored just moments later to put Barcelona ahead again. But Guirassy quickly answered with another goal for Dortmund, making it 2-2. In the 85th minute, Torres scored his second goal to give Barcelona a 3-2 lead and secure their first win in Germany since 2016.

Despite missing chances earlier, Barcelona dominated most of the match. Raphinha wasted a great chance in the first half, and Dortmund’s goalkeeper Gregor Kobel made some important saves to keep the score level. After Raphinha’s goal, Dortmund equalized through Guirassy’s penalty.

Barcelona’s manager Hansi Flick made some key substitutions, bringing on Fermín López and Torres. Torres scored from a rebound after López’s shot was saved. Dortmund had a chance to tie again but missed a close-range header. As Dortmund pushed forward, Barcelona took advantage of the space and scored a final goal through Torres to seal the win
