Ter Stegen Told He Won’t Be Barcelona’s Starting Goalkeeper Anymore

Marc-André ter Stegen has been told he will not be Barcelona’s main goalkeeper next season.

Barcelona recently signed Joan Garcia and plan to make him their new number one. Because of this, the club wants to sell Ter Stegen this summer.

However, Ter Stegen does not want to leave and still hopes to stay at the club, which has led to a disagreement between him and the club.

Barcelona’s new coach Hansi Flick spoke with Ter Stegen and told him directly that he will not be the first-choice goalkeeper anymore.

Despite this, Ter Stegen wants to fight for his place, even though the club sees little chance of him starting.

Barcelona are now trying to find a way to move him on, but the German goalkeeper is refusing to go.
