WWE Legend Hulk Hogan Dies at 71

WWE legend Hulk Hogan has sadly died at the age of 71, as confirmed and announced on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
Hogan, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, passed away at his home in Clearwater, Florida, on Thursday morning. Emergency services, including police and paramedics, were called to the house after a report of a cardiac arrest.
TMZ reported that Hogan was taken out of his home on a stretcher and placed in an ambulance. Police cars and an ambulance were seen outside his home.
So far, the cause of his death has not been made public.
In a statement, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) said:
“WWE is saddened to learn that WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away. One of pop culture’s most recognisable figures, Hogan helped WWE gain worldwide popularity in the 1980s.”
Hogan was a wrestling superstar, known for his charisma and larger-than-life presence in and out of the ring. He starred in many famous matches, including a historic bout against André the Giant at WrestleMania in 1988.
Fans around the world are mourning the loss of one of the biggest names in wrestling history.
