Liverpool Stand by Manager Arne Slot Despite Poor Form

Liverpool have made it clear they will not sack their manager, Arne Slot, even after losing six of their last seven matches and being knocked out of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday.
The Reds have had a difficult spell under Slot, losing four Premier League games in a row and dropping to seventh place in the table. They are now seven points behind league leaders Arsenal.
Their poor run continued midweek, as Liverpool were beaten 3–0 at Anfield by Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup. Slot made ten changes to the side that lost to Brentford in the league last weekend.
The team’s struggles have led to rumours about Slot’s future, but BBC Sport reports that there is “no chance” Liverpool will review his position. The club still has strong faith in the 47-year-old manager, who has “plenty of credit in the bank.”
Slot guided Liverpool to the Premier League title in his first season in charge.
