Katsina United Beat Enyimba 3–2 in Five-Goal Thriller

Katsina United and Enyimba treated fans to an exciting match on Monday as they shared five goals in their NPFL matchday 14 clash in Ilorin. The home side, Katsina United, claimed all three points with a 3–2 win.

Jamilu Yusuf opened the scoring for Katsina United in the 32nd minute. Uche Collins then made it 2–0 early in the second half, giving the hosts a comfortable lead.

Enyimba responded in the 60th minute through Stanley Dimgba, but Katsina United hit back almost immediately. Just two minutes later, Collins scored his second goal to restore the two-goal cushion.

Issah Mohammed pulled another goal back for Enyimba in the 64th minute, setting up a tense finish, but Katsina United held on for the victory.

In another match, Kano Pillars boosted their survival hopes with a 2–1 win over Ikorodu City.
Rabiu Ali put Pillars ahead after just three minutes, and Olakunle Alaka doubled the lead on 30 minutes. Joseph Arumala scored for Ikorodu City late in the first half, but it wasn’t enough to stop Pillars taking the win.
