Ndidi Faces Possible Ban Ahead of Beşiktaş Clash with Antalyaspor

Wilfred Ndidi could face a one-match ban in the Turkish Super Lig ahead of Beşiktaş’s clash with Antalyaspor next weekend.
The Super Eagles captain will miss the game if he receives a yellow card in the Istanbul derby between Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş on Easter Sunday.
In the Turkish league, a player is suspended for one match after collecting four yellow cards in a season. Ndidi has already picked up three bookings this campaign, against Eyüpspor, Göztepe, and Kasımpaşa.
The midfielder has been a key player for manager Sergen Yalçın, starting 20 of the 21 matches he has been available for selection.
Ndidi missed a game against Rizespor in December due to his involvement with the Super Eagles at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. After returning, he also missed matches against Kayserispor and Eyüpspor because of injury, and was later granted compassionate leave.
Meanwhile, his international teammates Paul Onuachu and Victor Osimhen have already served suspensions this season after reaching the yellow card limit.
