Moussa Diabaté wins NBA Hustle Award

Moussa Diabaté has been named the 2025–26 NBA Hustle Award winner following his performances with the Charlotte Hornets.

The award recognises players whose impact goes beyond traditional box score numbers. It is based on hustle metrics like box-outs, screen assists, contested shots, deflections, and loose balls recovered.

Diabaté ranked first in offensive box outs per minute and fourth in screen assists per minute.

He averaged 7.9 points and 8.7 rebounds per game, recording career-best numbers and contributing consistently throughout the season.

Diabaté finished ahead of Dyson Daniels, Draymond Green, Cedric Coward and Josh Hart to win the award.
