CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE GROUP STAGES DRAW

Rivers United and Rangers conquerers Al-Merriekh and Zamalek have been drawn together with Esperance in group A as CAF releases the draw for the 2016-17 CAF Champions League group stages.

Reigning Champions, Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa were also drawn in group B alongside Al Ahly of Tripoli.

Zimbabwe (1), Sudan (2), Egypt (2), Algeria (1), Libya (1), Tunisia (2), Cameroon (1), SouthAfrica (1), Mozambique (1), Zambia (1), Morocco (1), Ethiopia (1) and DRC (1) all have at least a club representing them while Nigeria has no club representing the NPFL.
