Stuart Baxter like Clarence Seedorf warns Nigeria’s next opponents

The Super Eagles of Nigeria’s next opponents is not known yet as the country will be decided when the Carthage Eagles of Algeria and the Elephants of Ivory Coast clash later today.

But whoever it will be has been warned by South Africa’s coach Stuart Baxter who fell with his Bafana Bafana boys to the Eagles in a quarterfinal game played on Wednesday.

His statement followed similar pattern with what Clarence Seedorf the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon haeadcoach said.

After watching his side go down to Eagles in the round of 16 to Nigeria, Seedorf declared Rohr’s side the champions as he believed nobody can stop them, should they take care of business from their end.

Stuart Baxter also shared Clarence Seedorf sentiment has is comments after the game says “whoever plays Nigeria in the next game must be careful.”

“We played and scored one, we controlled and we only just missed out against a very organised team.

“I thought we’d win but we didn’t. I have to congratulate Nigeria and warn whoever has to face them.”

Nigeria will play against the winners of the match between Algeria and Ivory Coast at the Cairo International Stadium on Sunday.
