Arsenal’s offer of Guendouzi and €25m for Partey turned down
Atletico Madrid have turned down Arsenal’s offer of player exchanges plus cash for Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey.
According to reports this is the second bid turned down by Atletico Madrid who are not willing to sell Thomas Partey for less than €50m.
Arsenal reportedly tabled a fee of €25 plus an unnamed player for Thomas Partey but it was turned down.
The Gunners returned with another offer of €25m and Matteo Guendouzi but it was also turned down by Atletico who have told Arsenal they must pay the €50m.
Arsenal have also reportedly told Atletico Madrid that they are unwilling to match their €50m valuation.
Meanwhile, former Liverpool attacker, Philippe Coutinho hs been linked with Arsenal in a cash plus player deal.
Reports from Spain is quoting £50m plus Matteo Guendouzi is what Barcelona want before they can allow Philippe Coutinho join Arsenal.
