Etor Daniel off the mark in Oman, dedicates goal to pregnant wife
Etor Daniel has scored his first goal of the season in Al-Suwaiq win against Al Bashair in the Sultan Cup game.
The Nigerian striker who is playing in his fourth year in the Omani League scored a beautiful solo goal in his side’s Cup win on Saturday.
Etor Daniel scored one of the goals as Al-Suwaiq and Al Bashir played out a 3-3 draw during the normal regulation at Nizwa Sports Complex.
With the game headed for penalty shoot-out after the 3-3 score draw, Al-Suwaiq secured a place in the round 16 with a 3-2 win.
After the game Etor Daniel told sportsration.com in a chat that he is dedicating the goal to his wife, Simii Etor because they are expecting their first child Mikelah.
‘I am happy I was able to help my team today,’ said Etor.
‘I was happy to get the goal and I am dedicating it to my pregnant wife Simy Etor because together we are expecting our first child Mikelah.’
