Bulls excellent in comeback win over Trail Blazers

Chicago Bulls on Tuesday became the first team to come back from a 20 point deficit and win a game this season in the NBA. Prior to their game against the Portland Trail Blazers, 49 times had teams had gone down by 20 points, and all 49 ended up as losses for the teams that went behind.

Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum led the charge for the Trail Blazers as they took the first quarter by 39 to 21 points, before a huge team effort from the Bulls ensured that they gained control of the game, eventually winning by 111 points to 108 points. It was a team victory because 7 of the 9 players who took to the court for Chicago Bulls ended up with 10+ points each, with 20 year old point guard, Coby White, leading the way with 21 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Otto Porter Jr also played a prominent role with 19 points, 13 rebounds and 1 assist. Zach LaVine also dropped 18 points, 4 rebounds and 9 assists.

The Chicago Bulls have now won 4 and lost 4 of their regular season matches in the Eastern Conference after starting the season with 3 consecutive defeats.
