Magic trade Al-Farouq Aminu to Bulls
Nigeria’s D’Tigers forward Al-Farouq Aminu has been traded to the Chicago Bulls from Orlando Magic.
The 2011 draft pick 8 was moved to the Bulls from the Magic alongside all-star Center Nikola Vucevic on the 2021 trade deadline.
Al-Farouq Aminu who has not had a good run of form due to injuries since moving from Portland Trailblazers to the Orlando Magic would no play for his 6th franchise in his 11-year career.
The Chief is averaging 5.5 points and 5.4 rebounds in his second season with the Magic after recovering from a season long injury.
But will now have to show the form he had during his time with the Portland Trailblazers that helped them to NBA Western Conference finals in 2019.
Aminu has now played for the Clippers, Pelicans, Mavericks, Trail Blazers, Orlando Magic and now Chicago Bulls.
