Everton handed Arsenal a 1-0 defeat at the Emirates Stadium thanks to a terrible goalkeeping error from German goalkeeper, Bernd Leno.
The game was tied at 0-0 when Richarlison received the ball inside the Arsenal box and tried to find strike partner Dominic Calvert-Lewin with a square ball before Leno allowed the square ball to squirm under him and end up in the back of the net in the 76th minute of the encounter.
Everton have now done the double over Arsenal for the first time since 1986. Arsenal are looking increasingly unlikely to make the European spots in the Premier League this season. Manager Mikel Arteta blasted the VAR after Arsenal had a penalty overturned for a tight offside decision.
