Paul Onuachu scores to help Genk snap 9-game winless run

In Genk's 4-2 win against Sporting Charleroi

Paul Onuachu was on target to help Genk to a 4-2 comeback win against Charleroi to help the home team snap their 10-game winless run.

The Super Eagles striker was amongst the goal scorer as Genk secured the maximum points on Thursday.

The visitors took the lead through Jackson Tchatchoua in the 27th minute of the game but Paul Onuachu drew the home team level.

His 35th minutes strike was his first since 31st of October bringing an end to his 6-game goalless streak.

Junya Ito who assisted Paul Onuachu’s goal put Genk up in the 40th minutes but Ali Gholizadeh pulled back for the visitors in the added minutes of the first half.

Second half goals from Patrik Hrosovsky and Luca Oyen ensured Genk secured the 4-2 win and ended their 9-game win less streak.
