NBA Recap: Suns make it consecutive wins as Warriors also win
Raptors, Jazz, Heat all win
The Phoenix Suns strengthened their grip on top spot in the Western Conference with a 127-124 win over the Chicago Bulls in their NBA clash on Monday.
The win has taken the Suns up to 43-10 this season in the NBA. Devin Booker led the scoring for the Suns with 38 points, four rebounds and five assists. Chris Paul added 19 points and 11 assists for the Suns.
The Golden State Warriors kept up their pursuit of the top-ranked Suns with a win over the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Warriors were led in scoring by Klay Thompson, who finished on 21 points. Steph Curry scored 18 points with nine rebounds and 10 assists.
The Boston Celtics defeated the New York Knicks in their game 113-104. Jaylen Brown scored 32 points wt seven rebounds and six assists. Bojan Bogdanovic recorded 16 points and Jordan Clarkson score 16 points.
Miami Heat defeated the Washington Wizards in their NBA meeting 121-100. Bam Adebayo led the scoring for the Heat with 21 points, and Jimmy Butler recorded 19 points. D’Tigers star Gabe Vincent scored 16 points, and led the Heat in assists with eight assists to his name.
Toronto Raptors defeated the Charlotte Hornets 116-101. Gary Trent Jr and Pascal Siakam both scored 24 points each, and OG Anunoby and Fred VanVleet contributed 20 points apiece for the Raptors.
