Samson Tijani plays first Champions League game in Salzburg heavy loss to Bayern Munich
Samson Tijani has played in his first ever Champions League game on Tuesday at Allianz Arena.
The 19-year-old midfielder was introduced in the second half after Bayern Munich had put five unreplied goals past his Austrian club RB Salzburg.
Samson Tijani gave a good account of himself in the game his side RB Salzburg were second best.
In the end Robert Lewandowski led Bayern Munich won the clash 7-1 for an 8-2 aggregate win to book a place in the last eight.
Samson Tijani made his debut for RB Salzburg in February in a 3-1 win against LASK in an OFB Cup game.
