The Super Eagles of Nigeria have landed in Abuja in preparation for their African World Cup play-off second leg clash at the Moshood Abiola Stadium.
Nigeria and Ghana played a goalless draw in the first leg in Kumasi and will go at it again in the second leg in Abuja on Tuesday.
The Super Eagles are back in the country to prepare for the must-win second and would be banking on the home support when they file out against their Western African brothers.
Meanwhile, coach Austin Eguavoen has rued missed chances in the first leg clash against Ghana in Kumasi.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria had two great chances to score a goal in the game. Joe Aribo in the first half and Simon Moses whose effort was blocked by the Ghanaian goalkeeper.
“We had two clear chances to just finish Ghana, but I think getting a draw is good even though we wanted to win here (in Ghana),” Eguavoen told reporters after the game.
Moshood Abiola will host the Nigeria v Ghana game on Tuesday at 6:30 pm.
