Oliseh says Mane is the most consistent African player in the last 10 years

Warns other nations to be wary of Mane-led Senegal at World Cup

Sunday Oliseh has said Bayern Munich superstar, Saido Mane is the best African player in the last 10 years.

The former Super Eagles coach who resigned in August, two months into a new job at SV Straelen, a German 4th tier team after five straight league losses said the no African player like Mane in the last decade.

Sunday Oliseh while reacting to a post from BBC journo, Mimosa Fawaz, said Saido Mane is a humble, hardworking, and disciplined player.

“Sadio Mané is just the complete package!

“Hardworking, humble, disciplined and has been, in my opinion, the most consistent African superstar for the past 10 yrs, since I saw him Shine at Redbull Salzburg.

Sunday Oliseh then warned other nations to be wary of Senegal at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

“Look out for Senegal Led Sadio Mané at the World Cup.”

Senegal are in Group A alongside, Netherlands, Qatar, and Ecuador.

The Teranga Lions of Senegal play their first game against the Netherlands in a reunion between Saido Mane and Virgil van Dijk.

Saido Mane is the reigning African Footballer of the year, an award he has won only twice in the last ten years.
