Kroos Mocks Hazard After Madrid Confirm Bellingham deal

Toni Kroos have mocked former teammate Eden Hazard after Real Madrid confirmed €103m signing of Jude Bellingham deal.

In 2019 Real Madrid confirmed the signing of Eden Hazard from Chelsea in a deal understood to be worth up to £130 million.

But after four years at the Spanish giants, Eden Hazard was released by the club after repeated injuries and poor spell.

“Real Madrid C. F. and Eden Hazard have reached an agreement by which the player is disassociated from the club as of June 30, 2023”, club announces.

“€103m transfer fee? We now also had someone who came for a lot of money and virtually let his career rest.

“A lot of money and I think everyone would say in retrospect: That was not such a good transfer. But now let’s start from the positive.”
