Kennedy Boboye set for managerial return at Plateau United FC
Kennedy Boboye is set to return to club management as he closes in on the vacant Plateau United FC coaching job, SportsRation reports.
Since he left Akwa United FC mid-way through the 2021/2022 NPFL season, Boboye has been out of club football management.
The two-time Nigerian Champion worked under Coach Salisu Yusuf at the Nigeria U-23 team during this time, plus taking time to undergo UEFA Coaching badges, after which he revealed his Super Eagles Coaching ambition.
According to sources at Plateau United FC, Coach Kennedy Boboye who led the club to the league title in the 2016/2017 season will be making a return to the team ahead of the 2023/2024 season.
One of the most experienced coaches in the Nigerian top-flight, Boboye has previously managed teams such as Sunshine , Remo Stars and Akwa United FC.
