Anthony Taylor will be Referee for the English Premier League match between Chelsea vs Manchester City on Sunday, November 7.
Taylor has been center of controversial games involving Chelsea FC, reason the Blues supporters will be hypertensive to see him take charge of the big-game this weekend.
