Ayodeji Bamidele returns to Kwara with Shooting Stars

It’s business as usual for Ayodeji

Enjoying life with Oluyole Warriors, Ayodeji Bamidele will make his first return to Ilorin, Kwara State looking to get all three points for Shooting Stars in a Matchday 8 matchup.

The defender left Kwara United at the end of last season following a failure to reach contract agreement with the club and has been a vital player for Shooting Stars this season.

Ayodeji scored his first goal for Shooting Stars in the 4-1 win against Niger Tornadoes last Sunday and will hope to maintain that form against his former side, Kwara United on Sunday.

“It’s good to be back in Ilorin and I can say this is home. It feels great seeing my family, my old time friends and former teammates but It is just going to be business as usual.

“The important thing right now for me is to get the three points for Shooting Stars in Ilorin on Sunday.” Ayodeji told Sportsration in an interview.

Shooting Stars are currently third on the NPFL log while Kwara United are placed 15th on the log.
