Ahead Of Brazil 2019: Golden Eaglets Set For Invitational Tournament

Ahead of the FIFA U17 World Cup in Brazil this October, five time world champions the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria will participate at a UEFA/CAF World Cup Prep tournament in Istanbul, Turkey.

The Eaglets have now continued their preparation for the tournament scheduled between 20th to 28th September, 2019 with training programmes in Abuja.

Manu Garba’s side will face host Turkey, Senegal and Guatemala in Group 1.

The 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup will be staged in Brazil from Oct 26th – Nov 17th with Nigeria drawn in Group B alongside Hungary, Ecuador and Australia.
