Akwa United Target 13th State FA Cup title Vs Dakkada Fc Today.
Akwa United Fc will be targeting a 13th FA Cup title when they take on fellow NPFL side Dakkada Fc in the final of the 2022 Akwa Ibom State FA Cup today Friday 17th June 2022.
The Final match will hold at the Godswill Akpabio International stadium Uyo by 3:30pm same venue both teams will lock horns in a Matchday 34 Nigerian professional football league clash on Sunday 19th June 2022.
To reach the final, Akwa United Fc defeated Sir Monty Fc 1-0 in the Semi Final while Dakkada Fc were 1-0 victors over two NNL clubs Ibom Youths Fc and Fc ONE Rockets in the Quarter final and Semi Final respectively.
The last two Akwa Ibom State FA Cup Finals have pitched Akwa United Fc against Cofine Fc with the Promise Keepers victorious on both occasions.
In preview , Coach Ayodeji Ayeni of Akwa United and his Dakkada Fc counterpart Umar Danlami may decide to ring changes to the lineups from their respective NPFL games last weekend with an eye on the league derby on Sunday.
