Benfica have officially completed the signing of Alessandro Circati from Parma.
The Australian defender has signed a contract with the Portuguese giants until June 2031.
Circati leaves Parma after establishing himself as an important young defender, earning valuable experience in Italian football and at international level with Australia.
His arrival adds youth, physicality and defensive quality to Benfica’s squad as the club continues to strengthen for domestic and European competition.
The 22-year-old will now begin a new chapter in Portugal as he looks to develop further and establish himself as an important player for Benfica.
