Aminu shoots perfect-threes in Blazers 124-104 win over Bulls
A day after Al-Farouq Aminu recorded a double-double, the D’Tiger forward dropped 100% points from his attempted shots from the three-point line on Wednesday as Portland Trailblazers beat Chicago Bulls 124-104.
In this era where shooters are very relevant in NBA, Al-Farouq Aminu who is now shooting 40% from behind the arc has found a way to remain relevant with his ‘splashing ability’.
The Chief is generally a good rebound but adding three points to his game has elevated his game and his status among the elites.
Although, CJ McCollum scored a franchise-record 28 points in the first quarter before finishing with a career-high 50 through three, Al-Farouq Aminu continued his show of class for the Blazers.
Aminu had 8 points from 3-6 shootings including a perfect 2-of-2 behind the arc to make a perfect three points shooting for the Nigerian.
He also chalked 6 rebounds, a block, a steal and very good +/- of +20 on Wednesday night, up next for Al-Farouk Aminu and his teammates is a trip to Eastern Conference high flyers Toronto Raptors on Friday.
