Anthony Davis inspires Lakers to win as they tie up playoff series
Nets, Mavericks go 2-0 up
Having lost Game 1 of their seven-game NBA playoff series 99-90 to the Phoenix Suns, Los Angeles Lakers were inspired by Anthony Davis and LeBron James as they won the second game 109-102 to tie up the series at 1-1 going into the third game. Davis contributed 34 points with 10 rebounds and 7 assists, and James had 23 points with 4 rebounds and 9 assists in the game.
Brooklyn Nets won their second game against the Boston Celtics to go 2-0 up against them in the NBA playoffs. The second game against the Celtics finished 130-108. Kevin Durant led the scoring for his side with 26 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists, and James Harden’s return of 20 points moved him into 6th place on the all-time playoffs scorers list.
Dallas Mavericks completed a second win over the Los Angeles Clippers, winning 127-121 to go 2-0 up in the series, and putting themselves in a good position to make the conference semifinals in the NBA. Luka Doncic was excellent as he produced 39 points with 7 rebounds and 7 assists in the game.
