Anthony Joshua predicts who will win Usyk Vs Fury

Anthony Joshua has predicted who will win the upcoming bout between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk. The fight is set for May 18 in Saudi Arabia, where the two heavyweight champs will finally face off.

Originally scheduled earlier, the bout got postponed due to a training injury to Fury.

Tyson Fury is the WBC title holder and will defend his crown against Usyk, who puts his WBA, WBO, and IBF titles on the line.

Speaking ahead of the match, Joshua shared his thoughts, leaning towards Usyk for the win based on his previous encounters with him. He admitted never facing Fury himself, so he can’t judge that matchup.

Joshua has faced Usyk twice before, losing both times on points, drawing criticism for his performance in the first bout. The outcome of the Fury vs. Usyk bout could set up a potential showdown with Joshua in the future.

“I’ve fought Usyk, so I can only speak on what I’ve experienced with him—a phenomenal fighter. I would say he’s going to do a really good job,” he told TalkSport.

Anthony Joshua said: “I’ve never fought Fury, so I can’t speak about what it’s like to face him. Only speaking on what I know, I have to say Usyk will be victorious.”

With the fight just around the corner, Joshua’s prediction adds to the anticipation. His recent victory over Francis Ngannou, who gave Fury a tough time in the past, showcases Joshua’s own prowess in the ring.

As Fury gears up to redeem himself, he faces a formidable challenge in the undefeated Usyk.

Meanwhile, Usyk, having defeated several British opponents including Anthony Joshua, aims to solidify his status as heavyweight champion by adding Fury to his list of victories.
