Anthony Joshua ‘Wins First Round’ Against Tyson Fury As Net Worth Takes Lead

Nigerian-born former two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has reportedly taken an early advantage over British rival Tyson Fury — this time outside the boxing ring.
According to a report by The Sun Sport, Joshua has an estimated net worth of £240 million, putting him ahead of Fury, who is reportedly worth around £162 million.
The figures mean Joshua currently leads Fury financially as the two heavyweight stars prepare for their much-anticipated all-British showdown.
The fight is expected to take place at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, with a reported £150 million purse reportedly set to be shared equally between the two fighters.
If the reported figures are correct, Joshua could receive at least £75 million from the fight, regardless of the outcome, further increasing his already substantial wealth.
The 2012 Olympic gold medallist has built a strong business portfolio outside boxing through his company, 258 Investments, which has interests in property and other commercial ventures.
The Sun Sport reported that Joshua is believed to own a property portfolio valued at around £200 million. His recent acquisitions reportedly include a £1.2 million penthouse apartment in Oman.
Through 258 Investments, Joshua is also said to have acquired two residential properties in North London, while owning three homes in Watford with a combined estimated value of £1.5 million.
The report further claimed that Joshua previously purchased a £500,000 penthouse in Finchley for Nicole Osbourne, the mother of his son Joseph.
Fury, meanwhile, is reported to have a more private property portfolio, with the former world champion living in an £8 million home on the Isle of Man.
While financial figures have no bearing on what happens inside the ring, Joshua’s reported £240 million valuation gives him an early bragging right ahead of the highly anticipated heavyweight clash.
