Arokodare Excited to Play with Osimhen, Lookman, and Other Super Eagles Stars
Tolu Arokodare, a rising star in football, is excited about the possibility of playing for Nigeria’s national team, the Super Eagles. He dreams of teaming up with famous Nigerian players like Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman.
Arokodare, who plays for KRC Genk in Belgium, has been in great form, scoring two goals recently against Royal Antwerp. He now has 13 goals in 20 league matches this season, bringing his total to 14 goals in 23 matches.
Arokodare hopes to bring this strong performance to the Super Eagles, especially in the upcoming World Cup qualifying matches against Rwanda and Zimbabwe. He leads Nigerian players with the most goals in the top leagues, with 13 goals. Osimhen, who plays for Napoli, has scored 10 goals, and Lookman, who plays for Atalanta, has nine goals.
Even though Arokodare has not been contacted by the Nigeria Football Federation yet, he remains hopeful. He believes that if he keeps working hard, a call-up will come soon.
Arokodare has received praise from Osimhen for his great performances. He admires both Osimhen and Lookman and is excited about the idea of playing with them. “I can’t wait to play with Osimhen and Lookman,” Arokodare said. “The Super Eagles players seem to have a great bond, and I would love to be part of it.”
The 24-year-old is also focused on improving even more. After scoring 15 goals last season, he believes he can do even better.
Arokodare’s team, Genk, will play against Oud-Heverlee Leuven this Saturday, and he hopes to continue his impressive form and help his team stay at the top of the Belgian league.
