Charlton Athletic have agreed a deal to sign Nigerian goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo on a season-long loan from Wrexham.
The Nigeria international will spend the 2026/27 season with Charlton as he looks to gain regular playing time and continue his development.
Okonkwo joined Wrexham after impressing during his time in England and has established himself as a talented goalkeeper with valuable experience.
The loan move also comes with Okonkwo having just one year remaining on his Wrexham contract, meaning he is set to become a free agent next summer.
Charlton will be hoping the Nigerian goalkeeper can provide quality and experience between the posts throughout the season.
For Okonkwo, the move represents another opportunity to play regularly and strengthen his position as he continues his career.
With the deal now agreed, Okonkwo will be looking forward to making an impact at Charlton Athletic.
