Bellingham scores 10th Real Madrid Goal In Comfortable win over Osasuna
Jude Bellingham scored his 9th and 10th Real Madrid FC goals to inspire a comfortable 4-0 win over Osasuna in La Liga on Saturday, October 7.
Like he has done since joining Real Madrid in the summer, Jude Bellingham was pivot of a commanding performance by Los Blancos to go top of the La Liga standing.
The visitors, Osasuna, have not won at the Santiago Bernabeu since April 2004, and their hopes ending this streak wasn’t helped by the form of Englishman, Jude Bellingham.
The former Borussia Dortmund man opened the scoring within 10 minutes. A precise pass from Luka Modrić found Dani Carvajal, whose clever lay-off set up Bellingham to rifle the ball into the net.
After the goal, Real dominated possession but struggled to create clear chances, with VinĂcius JĂºnior’s attempt the closest they came to a second before the halftime break.
Osasuna had their chances too, notably Joselu’s close-range miss, and Ante Budimir’s unmarked opportunity that went astray.
In the second half, Jude Bellingham showed real composure and skill to score the second goal after a brilliant exchange with Federico Valverde. His tenth goal for Real Madrid, to underline his rating as the most effective signing of the last transfer window.
Brazilian forward, VinĂcius JĂºnior extended the advantage to 3-0, expertly finishing a pass from Valverde, as Madrid’s fluid attack flourished.
Joselu capped a resounding win for Carlo Ancelloti’s men when scored the fourth goal of the game.
Real Madrid had a chance to hit five but Joselu’s late penalty was saved.
It finished Real Madrid 4-0 Osasuna, a third consecutive league win for the Los Blancos who have reclaimed top-spot in La Liga.
