Blazers’ CJ McCollum thinks Klay Thompson will leave the Warriors
Portland Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum is suggesting Klay Thompson will leave the Golden State Warriors.
Klay Thompson has not been in the headlines for Warriors this season since the arrival of Kevin Durant and with Draymond Green elevating his game he seemed to the fourth scoring option.
Although, Klay Thompson is still getting the same number of shots he got in the previous seasons but he hasn’t been getting his rhythm as he keeps missing shots.
After watching Warriors beat LeBron James’ Cleveland Cavaliers with ease and Klay Thompson only dropping 8 points from 16 shots attempted, McCollum thinks his stay at the Bay Arena is gradually coming to an end.
Klay is one of the top two way players in the NBA, he may not have been making buckets as he used to in the past but what he brings to the floor in the “d” is important to what the Warriors have done and are doing.
In the game one of the NBA playoffs final the Cavs only made 1 of their 12 attempted shots when Klay was on them.
