Bosso Confident Barau FC Will Recover from Poor NPFL Start

Barau FC technical adviser, Ladan Bosso, remains confident that his team will bounce back despite a slow start to the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
The Maliya Boys have picked up just two draws and one loss from their opening three games, placing them 17th on the league table.
Bosso acknowledged his team’s struggles in attack, having scored only one goal in three matches, but says he’s working to fix the problem.
“Right now, every team is searching for a good striker,” Bosso told the club’s media.
“If a striker is without a club, maybe he’s not good enough. But I’ll do my best to get the most out of the players I have.”
Barau FC will look to get their first win of the season when they play Ikorodu City in a matchday four clash in Lagos on Sunday.
