CAF club competitions: Rivers United, Plateau United, Bayelsa Queens FC face crucial tests today

In the CAF Confederation Cup playoff second leg fixtures, Rivers United FC and Plateau United FC are guests to Libyan clubs Al Nasr Benghazi and Al Akhdar SC respectively while Bayelsa Queens will play ASFAR FC in the CAF Women’s Champions League semi-final.

For the CAF Women’s Champions League, Nigeria Women Football League Champions Bayelsa Queens FC will take on Morroco’s ASFAR FC in the Semi-final of the CAF Women’s Champions League.
To reach the last four, Bayelsa Queens secured 6 points to finish second in Group B while their semi-final opponents ASFAR FC finished top of Group A with a perfect record on home soil.
With the 2022 CAF Women’s Champions League hosted in Morroco, ASFAR FC will enjoy massive home support when they battle the Nigerian ladies by 8pm today (November 9) for a place in the final.
