Caroline Celico addresses trending Kaka divorce comments

Amidst swirling rumors surrounding her divorce from Brazilian football legend Kaká, Caroline Celico has stepped forward to address the misinformation, putting an end to the speculations that circulated online.

Recently, a statement attributed to Celico regarding her divorce from Kaká went viral on social media, sparking widespread discussion.

Celico has now taken to her social media handle to debunk the quote, breaking her silence on the matter more than eight years after parting ways with the 2007 Ballon d’Or winner.

In an Instagram story, Celico firmly labeled the viral statement as “false” and “fake,” while also shedding light on her current life with her husband, Eduardo Scarpa Julião.

“For those who haven’t heard from me for a long time… or have never heard before… And are UNFORTUNATELY hearing some fake news, and FAKE quotes, let me update you,” Celico wrote.

She clarified, “I got divorced almost 10 years ago, from those 14 years of relationship there are 2 lovely teenagers. It’s been almost 8 years I am with my husband Eduardo, and we are having our first child next month.”

Meanwhile, Kaká, who remained a single father for about four years following his divorce from Celico, has since remarried a Brazilian model named Carolina Dias. Kaká and Dias are expecting their first child together.

Similarly, Celico and her husband, Eduardo Scarpa Julião, are also anticipating the arrival of their first child, a boy named Rafael.
