Carragher Apologises to Salah After Harsh Comments

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has apologised to Mohamed Salah after calling the winger a “disgrace” and suggesting he wanted manager Arne Slot to be sacked.
Carragher made the remarks on Monday, but during a Champions League show on Tuesday, former Manchester City defender Micah Richards asked him directly if he would like to apologise.
Carragher agreed and said he still holds great admiration for the Egyptian star.
“Mo, I apologise if I upset you. I love you as a Liverpool player, but you just need to behave yourself off the pitch,” he said.
Salah did not travel with the Liverpool squad for their 1-0 Champions League win over Inter Milan at San Siro. His absence came shortly after he gave a controversial interview criticising the club and manager Arne Slot.
