Chelsea consider January Move for Antoine Semenyo
Chelsea have reconsidered their stance on the January transfer window and are now weighing up a potential move for Bournemouth winger Antoine Semenyo.
The club was not expected to be active in January but remain open to market opportunities if the right player becomes available. That approach previously led to the signing of Alejandro Garnacho after his situation at Manchester United changed.
Semenyo has emerged as a possible target. The Bournemouth winger has a £65 million release clause that becomes active in January and has attracted interest from several top clubs.
Transfer journalist Ben Jacobs said Chelsea have made an initial enquiry about signing Antoine Semenyo ahead of the January window, indicating concrete interest in a possible move.
The 25 year old has an impressive record this season, with eight goals and three assists in the Premier League, which has attracted interest ahead of the January window.
